AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist's for the 26/27 school year Across California!
Job Description:
- Openings in K-12th school setting.
- Now hiring for ASAP start dates.
- Contract through the 2026/2027 school year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Contract follows the academic district calendar.
Pay:
- Up to $3,500/Weekly (Pay is based on Location/Shift of Contract).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.
- National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
- Certs: (AHA) BLS required.
- Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen).
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
- Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.
Essential Functions:
- Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
- Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
- Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
- Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
- Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
