Job Summary:
The Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical work, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and assets to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports seasonal opening and closing activities, preventive maintenance programs, and sustainability initiatives while maintaining compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
- Perform, track, and report preventive and corrective maintenance using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Select and use appropriate tools and materials to complete work orders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and cooperative work environment.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Work independently with minimal supervision; flexibility to work overtime or nights as needed.
Qualifications
Electrician II
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and NFPA safety regulations; ability to identify and correct unsafe practices.
- Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.
Electrician I
- Meets all Electrician II requirements plus:
- Valid electrician’s license or minimum 3 years of electrical experience.
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff.
- Demonstrates innovation, patience, and persistence when addressing complex issues.
Physical Requirements include:
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevations over 6,000 ft.
- Walk up to 0.5 miles over uneven terrain; climb stairs and ladders.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Perform heavy labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
