Legal Intake Specialist

Are you someone who thrives on helping people in meaningful moments while also excelling in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? As an Intake Analyst, you are the first impression of our firm—and one of the most important.

Your primary responsibilities will be to build confidence and trust with the caller, analyze the caller’s situation to determine whether they have a legal problem the firm can solve, and schedule the initial consultations.

The Intake Analyst will respond to inquiries from voicemail or other platforms, follow up on leads generated from the marketing team, document, and update information in our CRM.
