Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, portfolio and individual asset assessment, and feasibility studies.
- Evaluate construction pricing, project budgets, investment hurdles and perform scenario analysis in support of development / redevelopment initiatives.
- Assist with project due diligence, data collection/analysis, underwriting, and reporting.
- Create and maintain project level Argus software models.
- Produce and maintain project tracking reports including formal investment presentations.
- Support the delivery of ground-up development and major redevelopment projects for medical outpatient buildings.
- Potential for occasional market / project site travel (short duration trips only).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate, development, investment banking, investment underwriting, or related fields.
- Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft software underwriting, analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- This position works in our corporate headquarters in Nashville.
