- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of software components ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and integration within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and data solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in distributed systems.
