Context

Lead -civil engineer - section 3 (Nubaria Station to El-Hamam Station)

Missions/Main Duties

Site Lead Civil Engineer responsibilities including but not limited to: -

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
• Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
• Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors.
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards.

Profile/Skills

Site Lead Civil Engineer requirements should be including but not limited to: -

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.
• Management & Coordination Skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Teamwork cooperation & Leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and hard conditions.
• Availability to work at many places and smooth movement as per work requirement.
