About the role
The Senior Product Manager for Total Workforce Management is the D&T strategic product owner of the end-to-end workforce ecosystem, spanning employees, contingent workers, workforce planning, and talent data across platforms such as Workday, Fieldglass, and adjacent workforce technologies. The role sits within the D&T HR Product organisation and ensures consistent controls and trusted workforce data.
Role Responsibilities
Define and own the Total Workforce Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning investments and priorities with business, HR, Finance, and workforce transformation objectives.
Lead the evolution of Core HCM capabilities across Workday and related platforms, ensuring scalable, compliant, and employee-centric workforce processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Drive an integrated workforce approach by connecting permanent workforce, contingent labour, and external talent management capabilities across Workday, Fieldglass, and workforce planning solutions.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to understand workforce challenges, shape future-state capabilities, and translate business needs into prioritized product outcomes.
Lead product modernization and innovation, leveraging automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve workforce planning, increase operational efficiency, and support evolving business needs.
Ensuring roadmap alignment, value realization, and technology optimization.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of overall experience, including
1)5+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership, and
2)Significant experience in HR Technology, Workforce Management, HCM, Talent Management, or related enterprise platforms
Experience with Workday HCM, SAP Fieldglass, Workforce Planning, or similar enterprise workforce management platforms.
Strong understanding of Total Workforce Management, including employee, contingent workforce, and external talent ecosystems.
Knowledge of HR data governance, workforce analytics, reporting, and enterprise integration architectures.
Experience driving digital transformation, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization within HR and workforce domains
Proven ability to work within Agile product delivery models and influence senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Technology functions.
Strong understanding of employee and contingent worker models
Experience working with complex integrations and data flows
Proven ability to rationalise overlapping systems
Experience with Workday, Fieldglass or other workforce management tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Stakeholder management across HR and IT
Comfort working in regulated environments
