Position Summary
This is a part-time position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the Women’s Flag Football program in accordance with Guilford College guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coach with organizing and conducting practice sessions.
Support student-athlete skill development on and off the field.
Assist in recruiting responsibilities.
Uphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College.
Adhere to all college, conference, and other policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Collegiate-level playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of the rules and regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the team.
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
