Key responsibilities: 

• Prepare state review presentations and supporting notes for periodic reviews. 

• Monitor daily performance and provide insights for corrective actions and follow-ups. 

• Maintain and analyse vendor performance and maintain a vendor issue tracker for closure. 

• Support grievance tracking and escalation notes, ensuring clean documentation and closure status. 

Minimum qualifications: Degree in Engineering/Renewable Energy/Power Systems AND MBA or equivalent. 

Minimum experience: 8+ years of relevant experience. 

Specific Project Experience: 2+ years’ experience in projects relating to experience in working/interacting with state electricity utilities/departments on projects relating to power sector/ renewable energy 

Preferred competencies / skills: 

• Strong execution coordination and tracker hygiene. 

• Comfort with data-driven reporting and presentation preparation. 

• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders with tight timelines.
