Senior Product Designer - UX, Figma, AI

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end design for major platform initiatives, from problem definition and research synthesis through interaction design, high-fidelity execution, and post-launch iteration
• Design for real operational complexity: data-dense tables, multi-step workflows, dashboards, role-based experiences, and configuration-heavy interfaces
• Work within and contribute to LUX, our global design system, with sound judgment on when to use an existing pattern, when to extend one, and when a new pattern is genuinely needed
• Partner with UX Platform engineers on component behavior, states, and accessibility so shipped work matches design intent
• Own and elevate design quality for your area by setting standards, running critiques, and holding a high bar for craft and usability
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering in prioritization, scoping, and trade-off decisions as a trusted, equal collaborator
• Mentor other designers through feedback, pairing, and leading by example in problem framing and presentation
• Translate user research and customer feedback into clear design direction, not just surface-level UI changes

What You Will Likely Bring

• 5 to 8 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped enterprise or B2B SaaS work demonstrating strong craft and judgment
• Proven ability to lead problem definition and shape solutions, not just execute on requirements
• Strong interaction design skills across complex, multi-role workflows, systems, and states
• Strong Figma proficiency, including libraries, components, auto-layout, tokens, and prototyping
• Real experience working within and contributing to a design system, including the judgment to know when to extend versus adapt patterns
• Active AI fluency within your design practice, using AI tools for ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and iteration while maintaining a high quality bar
• A track record of elevating peers through mentorship, critique, and quality standards
• Clear, confident communication with the ability to present and defend design decisions to product and engineering leadership

• Experience contributing components or patterns back to a design system, not just consuming one
• Understanding of how AI agents, workflows, and context-aware systems shape product experiences

• Experience designing for manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or retail operations
