Supplier Analyst Hard services – Building Experience & Excellence (BEE)

Your role & work environment 

You will join BEE (Building Experience & Excellence) at ING Belgium — the department responsible for all real estate and facility services.

Within the Service Excellence team, as Supplier Analyst Hard services, in partnership with the Supplier Leader for Hard services, you administrate the contracts with suppliers in charge of :

• The maintenance of the technical equipment’s (preventive and curative)
• The delivery of legal controls
• Long term maintenance plan and Life cycle management
• Utilities
• ESG reporting

Your key responsibilities 

• Owns contract admin and renewal calendar
• Builds the data view of the Service Line (spend, SLA, risk)
• Benchmarks vendors and prepares negotiation packs
• Owns invoicing for the Service Line: PO matching, accruals, disputes
• Single point of contact for Finance on the Service Line
• Data quality and scorecard methodology for the Service Line
• Day-to-day invoice dispute handling within agreed playbook
• Accrual estimates at month-end close
• Analyse ESAT/CSAT and improve
• Assess technical issues/recurrences and support decisions or temporary solutions

As a Supplier Analyst for the Hard Service Line, you will also need:

• A technical bachelor or equal by experience
• 5 years’ experience in supplier and/or facility management
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to plan and align stakeholders
• Good understanding of Hard Services, maintenance, statutory checks, utilities and compliance follow-up.
• Ability to analyse technical issues on site and provide clear recommendations.
