15 Walnut Tavern is a popular and casual restaurant and bar located in South Hamilton and we’re currently hiring a full- time Line Cook to join our team!

What Will You Do as a Line Cook at 15 Walnut?
- Prep fresh ingredients in a professional kitchen with a great team
- Follow our food safety, cleaning and sanitations guidelines and procedures
- Learn recipes and execution techniques
- Be an important team member within a professional kitchen crew
- Communicate effectively with the BOH and FOH
- Receive and execute orders according to our recipes and procedures

Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience required
- Flexible availability with limited or no restrictions
- Excellent communication
- Comfortable in a fast pace environment and be able to execute quality dishes quickly and efficiently
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation including proper knife skills & cooking techniques
- Strong attention to food safety and sanitation
