Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and maintain the social media content calendar to strengthen brand presence, support sales initiatives, and generate qualified leads for events and room bookings.
Monitor social media channels daily and respond promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Research and source new vendors, products, and creative concepts for festive decorations, gifting programs, and guest experience enhancements that align with F&B concepts and brand positioning.
Serve as the primary liaison between external vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure the successful planning and execution of key annual events and marketing initiatives.
Develop and coordinate promotional, editorial, and PR content to enhance brand visibility and media exposure throughout the year.
Manage administrative and operational marketing functions, including payment processing, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures and systems.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of stationery, marketing collateral, and Sales & Marketing merchandise to support daily operations.
Other tasks assigned by DOSM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Marketing, or Hospitality Marketing.
Experience in the hospitality, hotel, serviced apartment, F&B, or luxury lifestyle industry is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content management practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Ability to create and coordinate marketing content, promotional campaigns, and public relations activities.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a premium hospitality brand.
Strong project coordination and vendor management skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) is preferred.
Knowledge of photography, videography, and basic content editing is an advantage.
