Clinical Operations Intern | Romania
1. Support Reporting & Data Management Activities
- Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and validation of operational reports and dashboards used to support Clinical Operations and portfolio management activities.
2. Analyze Data & Identify Trends
- Review clinical and operational data, identify inconsistencies or trends, investigate root causes, and contribute to data-driven decision making.
3. Prepare Management Review Materials
- Support the creation of presentations, summaries, and reporting packages for management reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information.
4. Collaborate Across Multiple Teams
- Coordinate data collection and follow-up activities with various stakeholders, helping to consolidate information from different functions within Clinical Operations.
5. Develop Expertise in Clinical Reporting Tools
- Learn and work with internal reporting systems and tools (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and related platforms), gradually taking on more analytical responsibilities as skills and experience grow.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong interest in analytics, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, Smartsheet, Spotfire, or Python is a plus.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to ask insightful questions, identify root causes, and work toward solutions.
- Educational background in Health Sciences, Medicine, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
- Previous professional experience is not mandatory; attitude, learning agility, and analytical mindset are key.
