Dental Assistant. ($19-$26 Based on Experience)

At Dental Nook - Northgate, we're looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow alongside a modern, high-performing dental practice.
While a minimum of two years of dental experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn.

Clinical Skills:
Preferred experience includes:
- Taking a full-mouth series (FMX) in under 5 minutes.
- Taking high-quality orthodontic photos using a professional camera.
- Assisting with a wide variety of procedures, including:
- Fillings.
- Crowns.
- Root canals.
- Extractions.
- Wisdom teeth.
- Implant placement.
- Invisalign.
- Sealants.
- Pulpotomies.
- Independently placing sealants using DryShield.
- Polishing teeth, flossing, and providing oral hygiene instructions (OHI).
- Fabricating temporary crowns or willingness to learn.
Sterilization & Office Support:
We believe every team member contributes to the success of the practice. Responsibilities also include:
- Maintaining sterilization and laboratory areas.
- Keeping operatories clean and organized throughout the day.
- Completing assigned cleaning checklists.
- Participating in monthly deep-cleaning projects, including:
- Autoclaves.
- Ultrasonic cleaners.
- Treatment rooms.
- Break room.
- Floors and common areas.
