Role Summary

The Executive, Sales & Leasing provides operational and administrative support for both sales and leasing activities. The role is responsible for supporting customer engagement, leasing documentation, sales activities, tenant coordination, and internal collaboration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Support sales activities, property launches and promotional events.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and site visits.
• Assist in market research and competitor monitoring.

Leasing

• Prepare and administer lease documents, renewals and related correspondence.
• Coordinate tenancy documentation and approval processes.
• Attend to tenant enquiries and support tenant onboarding.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.

General

• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate sales and leasing activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and operational updates.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years' relevant working experience in sales, leasing or property-related industries.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
