Job Description
In this role as a Manufacturing Executive, will hold responsibility for in-process, outgoing quality & product non-conformance management. Perform material dispositions to support the operation and minimize interruption to production and delivery. Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and drive improvement with the respective stakeholder.
What you need to do:
Ensure good attendance for the available headcount and schedule work arrangement to achieve KPI with good quality
Ensure good people compliances in either quality or scrap or discipline.
Review readiness of raw material and schedule the production runs to ensure no disruption due to material shortage issues
Coordinate among process and equipment team to ensure good quality and equipment performances
Lead and drive FIF projects towards meeting quality goal with process team. Work with the team to develop systemic actions based on quality strategies.
Ensure material FIFO and good control for Age lot and MCT for CVP achievements
Coordinates disposition of quality and scrap incidence which caused by the ppl compliance issues
What you need to have
Degree in Engineering.
Experience in manufacturing/ process quality/ handling quality product disposition
Min 3 years experience in semiconductors manufacturing environment with good confident in people management.
