Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Campus Co-op contributes to the overall day-to-day operational effectiveness supporting the Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment team, focusing on delivering exceptional services to the business and contributing to strategic initiatives. Responsible for the full-cycle administration of campus hiring requests and adding value by supporting the successful execution of ad-hoc projects and initiatives for our FGFLife Program.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Campus team with student recruitment process such as resume review, student tracking, interview invites, etc. throughout recruitment cycle
- Sit in on interviews with candidates and hiring leaders
- Participate in FGFLife enhancement and student engagement projects
- Plan and organize FGFLife internal student events
- Organize Brand Ambassador initiative, engage with other co-ops to attend internal events
- Social media content for LinkedIn and Workvivo internal postings
- Attend external school partner events throughout Ontario
Key Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Valid G or G2 license and access to personal vehicle is required, travel is necessary with this position
- Comfortable and able to travel as needed any time throughout placement – evening and weekend requirements
- Driven to take initiative, willingness to learn
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated, energetic team player with strong communication skills and organized
- Must be available for 8 months
