Technical & Pre-Sales Expert for VMS Energy Solutions in Austria (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Must understand complex systems end‑to‑end while being able to translate them into clear business outcomes in the area of Energy/ Environmental Management(IoT knowledge preferred)

• Ability to handle complexity and simplify it for customers

• A consultative, trusted‑advisor mindset Resilience and comfort working with multiple stakeholders

• Complex Calculations, business cases and offers/concepts

• Handles AT customers together with A1 Seller during the entire life-cylce

• Summarized: A hybrid, who is able to execute on the whole customer journey

Required Skills:

• Background in Energy or Environmental engineering

• Knowledge of energy management of facilities

• Knowledge of ESG and other relevant regulatory  in Austria

• German and English language

• Strategic client planning

• Strong presentation & rhetoric skills

• Building and keeping long term customer relationships; Solution selling / consultative selling Value-based selling (ROI, TCO, business case creation) Account management and stakeholder mapping RFP/RFQ support and tender management

• Understanding of relevant industries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development within the energy, sustainability, or IoT sectors

Our performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 56.854,00. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
