Job Summary:
Supports the operation integrating and maintaining enterprise applications and technology platforms that support the organization’s critical business processes. Ensure secure, scalable, and effective technical solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic needs.Job Description:
- Designs and develops custom applications using modern programming languages (e.g., React, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript); implements APIs and web services for seamless system integration, and optimizes code and architecture to improve performance and scalability.
- Creates integrated solutions across multiple systems to ensure interoperability, data consistency, and alignment with architectural standards.
- Configures, maintains, and monitors core platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Genesys Cloud, ServiceNow, Oracle APEX, Control-M), actively managing system health, security compliance, patch deployments, and complex incident resolution to ensure stable operations.
- Implements workflows, automations, and low-code/no-code solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Documents processes, configurations, and best practices to maintain consistent knowledge and operational standards.
- Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
- Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
- Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
Additional Job Description:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in software development, with knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and PL/SQL, among others. Experience as matter-expert and asset resource to provide support to internal/external clients. Experience using business systems or analytics platforms.
Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
- High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions described and at least 5 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
