Internship and Career Development Officer

Internship Service Activities :
• Introduce and promote BINUS University students, programs and internship services to be targeted by companies and organizations for internship activities
• Explore internship opportunities for both companies and students to be actively engaged in the exploration of careers
• Gather and enhance information of prospective company, clients and other parties for internship opportunity
• Explore, maintain and enhance internship opportunities that cover a wide range of fields and sectors
• Conduct internship consultation and guidance for students (e.g., career coaching, resume, cover letter)
• Promote current internship opportunities to Faculty/School and students
• Promote internships through various program (i.e. internship workshops, information tables, etc.)
• Maintain and update internship database, especially related to student and company
• Identify and analyze student needs and interests in various area of internships
• Assist Section Head to develop on-campus internship opportunities
• Summarize and report BINUS students’ performance at designated companies
• Promote and offer Internship Center services to external parties
• Receive and follow up the request from clients
• Provide support in events/meetings for recruiters during their visits to campus

Employer Services :
• Provide information to staff and Faculty to participate in internship recruiter events
• Conduct continual feedback from recruiters related to students and internship services provided
• Ensure feedback completion from recruiter and provide report arrangement
• Provide support in events/meetings for recruiters during their visits to campus

Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
