Restaurant Manager – 3 Rosette Restaurant – Luxury Boutique Hotel

We are delighted to be working with a one-of-a-kind luxury boutique hotel in the Scottish Highlands, home to an exceptional 3 Rosette restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Restaurant Manager to take ownership of a refined dining operation, leading a close-knit front of house team and delivering an outstanding guest experience in a truly unique setting.

Due to the rural location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Restaurant Manager…

• £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (DOE) plus circa £7,000 service charge
• Live in accommodation available – your own studio for circa £500 per month
• Leading a prestigious 3 Rosette restaurant with a strong reputation for excellence
• Managing a focused operation of 36 covers with a team of 8

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant and front of house service
• Leading, training and developing a team of 8 to deliver warm, polished service
• Ensuring consistently high standards across service, presentation and guest journey
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and strong communication
• Supporting senior management with service standards, rotas and operational performance

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in a quality restaurant environment, ideally at Rosette or fine dining level
• Are confident running a small but high-performing front of house team
• Are hands-on, enthusiastic and eager to grow into a senior hospitality leader
• Enjoy delivering highly personalised service and memorable guest experiences
• Are open to relocating or living in a rural location and embracing a unique lifestyle
