Transformation Consultant

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Transformation Consultant to join our team at Keystone Solutions. This consultancy mission will take place at a client site, where you will be responsible for managing, leading, and executing projects within the designated activity domain. Your role will be crucial in guiding and realizing changes and innovations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, organize, and monitor projects to ensure they are executed efficiently and meet quality standards within the established objectives of time, budget, and regulations.
• Develop project plans and be responsible for setting up necessary studies, technical analyses, and concepts.
• Establish project timelines and monitor progress to ensure efficient project realization.
• Lead the execution, delivery, and commissioning of installations/infrastructure/solutions, focusing on timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate project activities, determine the required competencies of the project team, and guide and support internal and/or external project staff to execute projects cost-effectively and with high quality.
• Motivate and support the project team, as well as adjust project planning as necessary.
• Oversee the work of team members, ensuring tasks are executed correctly and safely.
• Engage with stakeholders, identify risks and/or issues during various project phases, and drive solutions.
• Build and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, act as a point of contact, and report on project progress and results to optimize collaboration and enhance acceptance.
• Communicate about progress, planning, financial frameworks, and results.
• Coordinate with PMO and escalate issues as needed.
• Be responsible for compiling and keeping project files up-to-date, including documentation and administrative and procedural follow-up to ensure a complete and accurate set of inventories, schedules, and procedures, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain procedures and instructions for systems and/or installations.
• Ensure proper execution and compliance of processes through training and appropriate documentation.
• Prepare and follow up on regulatory requirements (permit documents, technical and safety specifications, etc.).
• Provide, develop, and/or inventory proposals for optimizing infrastructure or applications to guarantee optimal equipment and operation of resources for the organization.
• Work with experts to determine the best available technology to be applied.
• Ensure that inputs from various experts are challenged and consolidated to ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• When introducing new techniques/technologies, ensure they are well integrated into the organization.
• Act as the leading official in the context of public contracts to ensure that the final realization meets the needs.
• Apply legislation regarding public contracts.
• Be substantively responsible for contracts with contractors and/or suppliers.
• Monitor and address contractors/suppliers regarding contractual agreements.
• Embed change management in projects to ensure that changes caused by the project are supported within the organization.
• Conduct stakeholder communication to clarify what the change is and its impact, both to steering groups and users.
• Communicate to the organization what changes are occurring and ensure that the solution is supported and embraced.
