As a Venture Development Intern at Charlies Crew, you'll work cross-functionally across all areas of our early-stage startup, from marketing and growth to operations and product development. You'll own projects from concept to execution, collaborate on growth strategies, and work closely with founders on strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, and German fluency. You'll be part of a tech-savvy team that takes AI seriously as a daily driver, not just a buzzword. The position offers a steep learning curve in a dynamic startup environment focused on professional dog care services.

Wir sind **Charlies Crew** – ein VC-funded (Pre-Seed) Hundeservice-Startup aus München. Wir
kombinieren professionelle Hundebetreuung mit einer eigenen Plattform, smarten Automationen und
KI-gestützten Prozessen. Aktuell betreuen wir 100+ Hunde mit einem kleinen, engagierten Team – und
wachsen schnell.
Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort eine:n **Venture Development Intern (3–6 Monate)**, die/der Lust
hat, crossfunktional an allen Hebeln eines Early-Stage-Startups mitzuarbeiten.
## Aufgaben
- Crossfunktionale Arbeit über Marketing, Growth, Operations und Produkt hinweg
- Eigene Projekte, die du von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung ownst
- Mitarbeit an Growth-Strategien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern an strategischen und operativen Themen
- Eigenverantwortung ab Tag 1
## Qualifikation
- Studium in BWL, Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Interesse an Startups, Growth und digitale Geschäftsmodelle
- Analytisches Denken gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke
- Deutsch fließend, Englisch gut
