Overview
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse with Bristol Hospice, you will provide direct patient care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act, implement nursing practices following comprehensive assessments, and provide accurate documentation. You'll assess and educate patients and families, coordinate hospice services with interdisciplinary teams, manage pain/symptoms, and participate in quality improvement activities. Must have 3+ years of nursing experience and current LPN/LVN license.
