## Role Details:

• __Start Date:__ Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
• __Teaching Focus:__ Primarily kids, with some adults, in Asia
• __Peak Hours:__ Monday-Sunday, 12 PM to 4 PM SAST (minimum 40 hours per month required)
• __Location:__ 100% remote, teach from anywhere!

__Requirements__

## Requirements to Join Our Team:

• A Bachelors degree
• Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certification (or sign up for our globally recognized in-house program!)
• At least 2 years of online English teaching experience
• Tech-savvy with a quiet, professional teaching setup

## Non-Negotiable Technical Setup:

• __PC:__ Intel ® Core™ i5, 8GB RAM or higher
• __Internet:__ Fibre connection with 20 Mbps upload/download via LAN cable
• __Backup Power:__ UPS with 4–5 hours battery life (essential in areas with power interruptions)
• __Audio/Video:__ Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
