Tester

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Tester for a consultancy mission at a client site. The primary focus will be on the Target V2 project, with potential temporary assignments to other projects based on workload.

Project Description:

The mission involves the development of a new web application, 'Target 2', written in Java/Javascript, aimed at the agents of the DGH, particularly hydrographers, replacing the obsolete 'Target 1' application. Responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model and include:

• Developing interactions via web services with a business calculation engine written in Python;
• Creating interactions through a Denodo Datahub with data stored externally to the application;
• Implementing interactions with a PostgreSQL database for application-specific stored data;
• Designing a user-friendly and secure graphical interface.

Objectives:

• Develop a modern, secure, robust, and sustainable application that allows for the calculation, saving, updating, and visualization of the rating curves associated with the measurement stations of the Walloon hydrological network.
• Propose an intuitive, user-friendly, and well-documented interface to facilitate application usage.
• Ensure the application interfaces with existing databases and exchange channels within the DGH, necessary for its proper functioning.
• Implement a battery of automated tests to validate the solution during deployment and for any future versions.
• Establish sustainable maintenance of the tool, covering both back-end and front-end aspects.

Target Architecture:

Back-office Angular, API Spring Boot, PostgreSQL DB, Denodo datahub, hosting.

Evaluation Method:

Remaining candidates will be invited for an interview before a jury, the composition of which will be communicated later. The interview may take place remotely if circumstances require it.
