Description
Our client, an investment advisory firm, is seeking an accomplished Vice President (VP) to join our Investment Banking division. This role is suited for a seasoned professional with extensive deal experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in originating and executing complex transactions. The VP will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
Ideally candidates must have experience within the Energy Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of financing transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements
- Originate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring
- Manage deal teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality client work
- Review and guide preparation of pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials
- Coordinate due diligence, negotiations, and closing processes
- Provide mentorship and leadership to Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- 8–15+ years of investment banking or relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record of successful deal execution and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical expertise
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes transactions simultaneously
- Strong network within the corporate, investor, or financial community
