あなたのチャンス、あなたのチーム

• Guest & Navigator Trainerは、QVCジャパンをサポートし、ゲストトレーニングの研修における講師を務め、OA（オンエア）ゲストトレーニングおよびレビュープロセスの開発、維持、改善を支援する役割を担います。

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に数日、幕張本社での勤務が必要です。

仕事内容

• ゲストが番組に出演するための研修において、週1〜2回講師を担当する。
• 研修の中ではナビゲーター役を担当し、実際の場面を想定したやり取りの相手役を務め、ゲストに求められる具体的なパフォーマンスについて助言を行う。
• 各ゲストのデビュー番組を確認し、パフォーマンスや話し方など改善点があればフィードバックを伝え、必要に応じてレビュー会議を提案する。
• 番組制作スタッフから意見を収集し、既存のゲスト向け研修セッションの更新に関するフィードバックを活用して、適切な指導を行う。
• ゲスト候補者から任意でトレーニングの希望がある場合、その研修の実施を主導する。

必要なスキルや知識

• TV番組制作に関する深い知識、およびマーケティング・商品販売に関する基礎理解
• TVショッピング番組に関する一般的な法的知識（薬機法および景品表示法など）
• アナウンサーまたは俳優としての経験があり、テレビ出演経験のない人とも会話を展開できる能力
• 高いコミュニケーション能力と冷静な判断力
• Word、Excel、PowerPointの基本的スキルおよび一般的な入力作業能力

応募資格

• 学歴：高校卒業以上

• TV制作、映像制作ビジネス、または小売ビジネスにおける5年以上の実務経験
• 小売り業や販売業のトレーナーや店長の経験
• アナウンサーやMCの指導経験があれば尚可
