Senior Sales Representative, Sports Medicine - Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha

Work Flexibility: Field-based

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships across the Sports Medicine portfolio within the Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha and surrounding region. This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong clinical knowledge, established surgeon relationships, and the ability to confidently support cases in theatre while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

• Promote and sell the Sports Medicine portfolio to new and existing customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Orthopaedic surgeons and key hospital stakeholders in the territory.

• Provide in-theatre support during surgical procedures.

• Identify new business opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.

• Deliver product presentations, workshops, and clinical training sessions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

• Manage quotations, product orders, stock, and reporting activities.

• Maintain strong product and market knowledge through continuous learning.

What You Will Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience within Orthopaedics.

• Existing surgeon relationships within Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha.

• Experience supporting cases in theatre environments.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Commercial mindset with strong organisational abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

Preferred:

• Experience within Sports Medicine.

• Knowledge of the medical device industry and healthcare regulations.

• Experience conducting product training or clinical workshops.
