Address customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations to convert inquiries into sales
Adhere to company sales guidelines and customer engagement standards
Escalate complex or high-impact sales opportunities or issues to management as per standard operating procedures
Accurately document all customer and sales interactions in accordance with company protocols
Maintain consistent schedule adherence and excellent on-time attendance to ensure sales targets are met
Follow company quality assurance standards and procedures related to sales interactions
Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and product knowledge in every customer engagement
