You will take a leading role in global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance initiatives, driving the optimization and harmonization of ERP-based financial processes across international business
## Tasks
- Lead Finance-related ERP projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Analyze business requirements and develop solution concepts
- Configure and optimize Finance modules and processes
- Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cost Management processes
- Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Ensure standardized and efficient ERP solutions across projects
- Create functional documentation and support implementation activities
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
## Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules
- Background in ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in international project environments
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English skills required, German (nice to have)
