Overview
As a Universal Banker at Third Federal's Sarasota branch, you'll be proficient in all areas of branch operations to assist customers with any product offered. Your responsibilities include managing a teller window, opening depository accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs), identifying and resolving customer issues, taking equity line/loan and mortgage applications, and carrying loan applications through closing. You'll assist customers with banking transactions in person, on the platform, and over the phone. This is a full-time, onsite position with comprehensive training provided. Success is measured by creating meaningful connections rather than high-pressure sales goals.
