We are recruiting for a dedicated Third in Charge to support the management team of our client’s nursery – It has earned a Good Ofsted rating and offers a bright, welcoming environment designed to inspire curiosity and learning. Children benefit from spacious indoor areas and a well-equipped garden featuring dedicated play zones for each age group, allowing them to explore, develop new skills, and gain confidence through meaningful play experiences.
As Third in Charge, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, mentoring colleagues, and helping to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care as they prepare for their next stage of education.
