Overview
As a Plant Team member, you'll support daily concrete pipe and precast manufacturing operations by preparing, assembling, and maintaining molds, forms, and materials. Responsibilities include placing reinforcement, cleaning equipment, staging materials, and operating forklifts and cranes after training. This is an entry-level position with training provided for equipment, safety, and production processes. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments near moving machinery with appropriate safety protocols.
