This role involves personnel recruitment for qualified welders and pipe construction workers, staff deployment planning for AÜG and contract projects, customer service as contact person for industrial clients regarding staffing needs and project execution, project coordination for pure service deployments including necessary tools, administration tasks including creating profiles, employment contracts, service contracts and billing documents, and ensuring legal compliance with AÜG regulations, contract law and workplace safety. Requirements include commercial or technical vocational training (preferably in personnel services), experience in deployment with interface competence for AÜG and contracts, industry knowledge in welding technology, pipeline construction or plant construction, strong communication, organization and legally secure negotiation skills, independent, solution-oriented and structured work approach with parallel projects, proficient use of MS Office and general deployment software, and German and English language skills. Rohrleitungsbau & Schweißtechnik, am Standort Ulm, als Angestellter in unserem Unternehmen.
## Aufgaben
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben in unserem Team
- Personalrekrutierung: Suchen und Auswählen von qualifizierten Schweißern und Rohrleitungsbauern
- Mitarbeiterdisposition: Einsatzplanung von Schweiß- und Montageteams für AÜG- und Werkvertragsprojekte
- Kundenbetreuung: Ansprechpartner für Industriekunden bezüglich Personalbedarf und Projektabwicklung
- Projektkoordination: Organisation von reinen Dienstleistungseinsätzen inklusive der nötigen Werkzeuge
- Administration: Erstellen von Profilen, Arbeitsverträgen, Werkverträgen und Abrechnungsunterlagen
- Rechtssicherheit: Einhaltung von AÜG-Vorschriften, Werkvertragsrecht und Arbeitssicherheit
## Qualifikation
Passende Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Personaldienstleistungsbereich
- Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Disposition, Schnittstellenkompetenz für AÜG und Werkverträge
- Branchenkenntnis: Optimalerweise Know-how im Bereich Schweißtechnik, Rohrleitungsbau oder Anlagenbau
- Kompetenz: Stark in Kommunikation, Organisation und rechtssicherer Verhandlungsführung
- Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert bei parallelen Projekten
- IT-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und allgemeiner Dispositionssoftware (gute PC-Kenntnisse reichen aus)
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch
