Position Title: Electrical Engineer
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am -5.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 12.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshop operations through proper planning, scheduling, and decision-making.
Manage projects including planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities.
Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding project matters.
Perform electrical and mechanical testing on stators, rotors, and related components.
Measure winding data and record inspection details accurately.
Source and procure equipment and parts required for projects.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Prepare project reports upon completion of each project.
Assist with administrative tasks and documentation.
Support productivity improvement and cost control initiatives.

Diploma or ITE qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2–4 years of experience in motor and generator servicing.
Knowledge of motor and generator rewinding and maintenance works.
