Target Range:
25.00/Hr. - 30.00/Hr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Assists clients with inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Provides accurate information about products and services. Resolves complaints and ensures client satisfaction. Maintains records of client interactions. Collaborates with team members to improve client experience.Responsibilities:
Answering inbound customer service calls. Providing entry-level troubleshooting and redirecting phone calls when appropriate.
Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
Addressing minor coverage issues and resolving minor complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma
0-3 years of client service experience
