Description
Full Time Evenings Monday- Friday 2pm to 10pm
Quality Staff Providing Quality Care
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in physical, emotional, and cognitive condition.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established protocols.
- Promote infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to individualized service planning.
- Foster a collaborative, team-focused work environment.
- Active RN or LPN license in the State of Iowa.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
