• Contract: Fixed term (1yr)

• Location: Seoul

Key Responsibilities:

1.Office Operations & General Affairs Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners

• Manage visitor access badges (Visitor ID card)

• Handle the company’s representative phone calls and emails, and coordinate with relevant departments

• Manage incoming/outgoing courier and mail services, including expense settlement

• Coordinate reservations for exclusive meeting rooms and hospitality arrangements

• Ensure meeting spaces and common areas are well maintained

• Manage office supplies and inventory control

• Assist in organizing company events and internal activities

• Support company-wide communications and administrative tasks

• Manage office parking permits and regular parking registration and reimbursement for all office locations

• Issue employee ID cards and assign access rights

2. Visa / Invitation for Global guest & Business Trip support

• Support visa application processes and required documentation

• Prepare and issue official invitation letters and visa documents for global guests

• Coordinate local arrangements for global guests and VIP visitors to Korea, including hotel bookings and airport transportation services

• For internal employees, ensure business travel activities are aligned with company policies and internal approval procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Preferred 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role / Receptionist / Secretary

• Experience in travel coordination and visa support preferred

• Interest in expanding into broader General Affairs responsibilities is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English

• Proactive attitude with strong sense of ownership

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
