The Role
- As we gear up for our next chapter, we’re hiring our first VP Marketing to help define the category around AI-native workforce operations.
- This is an executive marketing role focused on thought leadership, C-suite engagement, enterprise events and pipeline creation across frontline industries like logistics, light industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, staffing and Private Equity.
- You’ll help get the right operators, executives and investors in the room - then make Firstwork the company they associate with the future of labor markets.
The Bar
- We’re looking for someone with exceptional taste, strong writing, real enterprise instinct and the ability to build trust with senior executives.
- You may come from enterprise software, vertical SaaS, founder-led GTM, frontline industries, or the PE ecosystem. Former founders, early GTM leaders and sharp operators who know how to turn insight into market gravity are especially interesting.
The Details
- You’ll own positioning, brand, narrative, executive events, customer stories, founder-led content, vertical programs and the early marketing team.
- Remote-first, US Eastern time preferred.
- This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to help build one of the defining companies in AI-native workforce operations.
