Why You’ll Love This Role: As a CNA, you’ll be a trusted partner in delivering person-centered care to our residents. You’ll ensure they feel safe, supported, and empowered—making every day brighter for them and for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents during meals, including serving food and assisting with feeding when necessary.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Encourage residents to maintain their independence while ensuring their safety.
• Help with mobility and exercises, including repositioning and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for all residents.

Work Schedule: 

• Part-Time: 7:00am-3:00pm, Every Other Weekend
• Part-Time: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Every Other Weekend
• PRN 7:00am - 3:00pm

Requirements

Qualifications You Bring:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
• A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
