ABOUT THE POSITION

Head of Studios is more than just a leadership title - it's your chance to take ownership of the people, productions, and operations behind the content of a fast-growing global brand. From major campaigns and new collections to everyday content production, you'll lead a talented team in an ambitious, fast-paced environment where creative ideas need equally strong execution.

Your role: as Head of Studios, you'll lead our photo and video production function from planning to final delivery. You'll build a high-performing team, keep productions on track, and make sure our studio runs at its best. Working closely with creative and marketing teams, you'll turn ambitious concepts into high-quality content while bringing structure, accountability, and smarter ways of working to everything we do.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Lead and develop the BURGA Studios team, setting clear responsibilities, providing regular feedback, and building a culture of ownership, accountability, and high standards.
- Own the end-to-end production process across campaigns, product launches, collections, and ongoing content needs - from planning and shoot preparation to post-production and final asset delivery.
- Manage production schedules, priorities, and resources across multiple projects, ensuring realistic timelines, clear ownership, and smooth coordination through Asana.
- Keep the studio production-ready by establishing consistent standards for equipment maintenance, sample tracking, prop organization, cleanliness, and shoot preparation.
- Plan and control production budgets, manage suppliers and freelancers, and find smarter ways to use resources without compromising creative quality.
- Partner with Creative Director, Art Directors, Creative Strategists, and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into executable production plans and deliver content that meets expectations.
- Maintain quality standards throughout production, anticipate potential issues, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Improve studio workflows, team capacity, and operational efficiency by introducing practical processes, clear performance measures, and better ways of working.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 5+ years of experience in photo and video production management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, advertising, or another content-driven environment.
- 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead creative or production teams, develop talent, and address performance issues confidently and fairly.
- Strong track record of managing multiple productions simultaneously, delivering high-quality content on time, and taking ownership of budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Solid understanding of photography, videography, lighting, styling, set design, editing, and post-production workflows, with the ability to recognize quality issues and find solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing studio operations, including equipment, production spaces, inventory, suppliers, and day-to-day working standards.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience with Asana, production planning, budgeting, and workflow optimization.
- Confident, approachable leadership style - you know how to support and motivate people while setting boundaries, making decisions, and holding everyone accountable.
- Excellent English communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with creative and marketing stakeholders while staying calm under pressure.

SALARY: 5000 - 6000 EUR/Month GROSS. We're open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
