Description
A leading eye care practice is seeking a dedicated Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our team. We specialize in comprehensive eye care services and are looking for a skilled professional to expand our oculoplastic and reconstructive services as we are booking months in advance. Our practice is known for its patient-centric approach, and we are committed to providing the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a range of conditions involving the eyelids, tear ducts, orbital procedures and surrounding facial structures.
- Perform Functional, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries, including blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, and tear duct surgery.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with a team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff to ensure an efficient practice
- Educate patients on surgical options, procedures, and recovery expectations.
Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery.
- FL Medical License
- Strong background in both reconstructive and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a clinical setting specializing in oculoplastic surgery.
- Expertise in minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and treatments in oculoplastic surgery.
