Overview

Gallagher is seeking an Associate Broker to join the Large & Complex team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in insurance, underwriting, broking, claims, or risk management who are looking to transition into a more commercial and client-facing role. The position involves working with some of Sweden's most sophisticated corporate clients and international insurance programmes, focusing on areas such as Liability, Property, Cyber, and Financial Lines. This is an opportunity to gain deep insights into international risk management, develop strong client relationships, and gradually take on increasing business responsibility.

How you'll make an impact

• Participate in client meetings and advisory work with large corporate clients.
• Support the development of existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
• Analyse risks, exposures, and insurance solutions.
• Prepare presentations, market analyses, and client materials.
• Collaborate with insurers and colleagues across Gallagher's global network.
• Gradually build your own client portfolio and assume greater commercial responsibility.

• Interest in areas such as Liability Insurance, Commercial and Liability Law, Risk Management, and International Business.
