Join Barrett Petfood as a Full Time Raw Ingredient Associate in Little Falls, Minnesota, where your problem-solving skills will shine while working alongside a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This onsite role offers the excitement of contributing directly to our customer-centric mission and innovative product development. Salary range $21.00/hr - $24.50/hr

Available Schedules:

3RD SHIFT MON - FRI 10PM-630AM (+$3.00/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)

4TH SHIFT THURS, SAT, SUN 6AM-6PM (+$4.00/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Chip frozen meat blocks apart
• Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment
• Mix ingredients together
• Add oils as needed per customer specifications
• Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
• Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner
• Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical activities required in a manufacturing environment.
• Climb and descend stairs and ladders safely and routinely, including accessing elevated work areas and equipment.
• Ability to safely operate or work from a scissor lift to access elevated equipment and production areas for inspection, verification, and environmental or sanitation sampling
• Maintain balance and stability while working on elevated platforms, stairs, ladders, and uneven or wet surfaces, as applicable.
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including areas that may be hot, cold, wet, humid, noisy, or subject to temperature fluctuations.
