Number 10 Internship | Be a Playmaker

The Number 10 Internship is our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders in sports and entertainment. Inspired by fútbol’s No. 10, the visionary, creator and playmaker, our interns gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects, cross-functional collaboration and full immersion in the club’s day-to-day. It’s an opportunity to learn, contribute and make an impact while building your career in the game.

Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is looking for a Intern, Community to work closely with the Director of Community Engagement on a wide range of projects geared towards solidifying Inter Miami’s commitment and responsibility to bettering the South Florida community. This person will be working on developing, supporting, and executing community initiatives. 

This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities:

• Support with department activations- this includes the ideation stage, planning and executing stages. Candidate must be available to help with in-person events and must be able to help with setup and breakdown of events. 
• Support department initiatives in the stadium and during game days.  This candidate should be available to work in Miami but also be able to work in Fort Lauderdale when necessary. Must also understand sports hours and be able to work after hours and during holidays when necessary.
• Support with basic administrative tasks for the Inter Miami CF Community department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Public Affairs, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required
• Understanding of social media and Digital Marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and hands-on work environment
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Understanding of nonprofit organizations is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus

Schedule: Part-time, fewer than 20 hours per week
