Job Description
Layout:
1. Responsible for applying, approving, and archiving layout-related processes for product project development to comply with the product development process.
2. Execute Valor inspection software on products to ensure they meet the requirements of PCB manufacturers and factory production.
3. Maintain layout quality to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
4. Confirm and respond to PCB manufacturer engineering data.
5. Determine layout methods based on customer specifications and experience, independently complete projects, and produce layout designs that meet customer functional requirements.
CIS:
1. Independently responsible for creating and modifying component Symbols and Footprints, ensuring work quality and compliance with SMT DFM Rules.
2. Accurately identify component categories and size information based on Datasheet data.
3. Communicate with hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, and SMT PE to clarify issues related to component creation.
4. Upload component data to the CIS system to ensure proper component linkage.
5. Revise Footprint/Symbol design specifications.
