Membership Processing Specialist

On-Target Earnings: $31,200 (Bonus Potential)Location: West Plains, MO – Onsite

The Membership Processing Specialist plays a key role in supporting membership operations by ensuring accurate member invoicing, efficient information management, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards across all membership processes.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, database updates, and general information management.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including member invoicing.
• Handle payment processing and daily balancing activities.
• Conduct records research and maintain accurate member files and documentation.
• Respond to coordinator inquiries and provide timely support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist with filing, typing, and other administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy across all membership records and processes.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, as needed.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
