Remote Senior Litigation Associate

 Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team remotely in Nevada, but reporting to the office in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Nevada civil and/or personal injury litigation experience and be licensed in both Nevada and Colorado.

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada required and Colorado preferred;

• 6+ years of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and/or Transportation Litigation experience;

• A strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files;

• Excellent communication and analytical skills;

• Exceptional research and writing skills;

• Interest in marketing and client development;

• Ability to travel; and

• Trial experience.
